About the role
We are looking for a Legal Intern to assist the Head of Legal. In this role, you will provide support in managing various administrative tasks, helping to ensure efficient legal processes as we continue to expand globally. You will work approximately 20%, with flexibility around your academic schedule. The position requires you to work on-site at our Stockholm office in Hammarby Sjöstad. We’d prefer the start date to be as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities include:

Administration of agreements, such as signing, archiving, and monitoring

Drafting and preparing customer contracts

Reviewing supplier contracts and customer contracts under negotiation

Supporting internal legal inquiries with research and recommendations

Writing legal memos on relevant topics

Administering vendor forms
Qualifications
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented law student with a proactive mindset. You should be comfortable taking ownership of tasks, managing your time effectively, and working independently. A flexible, can-do attitude is essential, as is the ability to thrive in a dynamic, international environment.
Requirements:

Currently studying law, at least in your third semester

Professional proficiency in written and spoken Swedish and English

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Availability to work on-site at our Stockholm office
