Junior Operational Procurement Specialist

We are now looking for a Junior Operational Procurement Specialist for a global company in Älmhult. Start is ASAP, 10 months limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that. This role requires onsite work in Älmhult at least 3 days per week.

Assignment/Main Tasks:

To assist the Operational Procurement Team in the processing of Purchase Orders in the procurement tool COPP and, as needed, assist in various projects and/or stakeholder management activities.

Experience Level:

Junior or strong entry level. Experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain and/or Business Administration is preferred, as is experience from retail/large multinationals.

Candidates should be bold self-starters, fast learners, able to manage their own time effectively, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and above all, proven computer skills (especially in Microsoft Office).

This role requires fluency in English.

This is a full-time consultant position in Älmhult through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 10 months limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that. This role requires a minimum of 3 days per week of onsite work in the office in Älmhult.
