As a Customer Care and Sales Agent, you’ll be the friendly face behind the phone, email, chat, and web platforms, helping customers with everything from questions to purchases. From unravelling payment puzzles to orchestrating new orders, you’ll ensure every interaction ends with a smile.

To rock this role, you’ll need a blend of customer service charm and sales savvy. Great communication skills are your secret weapons, guiding you through negotiations with ease. What do you get?

• Your flight will be reimbursed after you have completed your training (you will receive this reimbursement along with your first salary).

• A gross monthly salary of €1,296.12 to €1,620.50.

• Paid training: you will receive €385.20 for your training period (15 days in total).
