About the Role

You will help strengthen how cybersecurity is understood, adopted, and lived across a large enterprise environment. In this role, you will work at the intersection of security, communication, learning, and human behavior to improve awareness and reduce human-related risk. You will contribute to the development of security culture approaches, support major awareness initiatives, and provide guidance on how workforce behaviors affect the overall security posture.

This is a role for you if you enjoy turning complex security topics into clear, practical communication and want to influence how people think and act in relation to cyber risk. You will also have the opportunity to mentor others and help shape best practices in an area that has direct impact on resilience and long-term security maturity.

Job Description

• You will contribute to the design and continued development of security culture and awareness approaches.
• You will help define principles and best practices for awareness, learning, and communication within cybersecurity.
• You will support and mentor junior specialists in both delivery and professional growth.
• You will drive or support complex and high-impact awareness initiatives and campaigns.
• You will analyze trends in human-related security risk and recommend improvements.
• You will advise security leadership on cultural risks, workforce behaviors, and the effectiveness of awareness efforts.
• You will lead communication activities related to cybersecurity incidents from a culture and awareness perspective.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of experience in security culture, awareness, learning, or communications in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity risk and human factors.
• Proven ability to influence without formal authority.
• Experience mentoring others and leading complex initiatives.

• SANS SSAP.
• Advanced awareness or human risk training.
• Prosci.
• Behavioral science short courses.
