About the Role

You will work close to internal design support, where AI, 3D content and photorealistic visuals are used to solve practical creative challenges in an automotive environment. In this role, you will help operate and develop AI solutions that support design work, with a strong focus on image generation, synthetic data and scalable rendering workflows.

This is a hands-on role for you who enjoy combining creative work with technical problem-solving. You will work with modern generative tools, large 3D datasets and research-heavy development in a fast-moving setting where your work has visible impact. It is a great opportunity to deepen your skills at the intersection of AI, 3D and visual development.

Job Description

• You will operate and develop AI solutions for internal design support.
• You will build and improve workflows for image generation using tools such as Flux, Krea, Qwen Image, Z-image and ComfyUI.
• You will work with LoRA training and fine-tuning of image models to support high-quality visual output.
• You will collect, prepare and structure large 3D datasets for automotive use cases.
• You will fine-tune 3D generative models for automotive applications.
• You will build and optimize synthetic data pipelines for efficient production and experimentation.
• You will use multiprocessing and automation to improve rendering performance and data collection workflows.
• You will collaborate with others around dataset structure, data collection and iterative development of visual AI solutions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and Blender.
• Experience with image generation tools such as Flux, Krea, Qwen Image, Z-image and ComfyUI.
• Hands-on experience with LoRA training and fine-tuning image models.
• Experience collecting and preparing large 3D datasets for automotive applications.
• Experience with 3D generative models and adapting them to automotive use cases.
• Proven ability to build and optimize synthetic data pipelines for automotive applications.
• Experience with multiprocessing and automation for efficient rendering and data collection.
• Strong understanding of dataset structure and collaborative data collection.
• Experience with OpenCV.
• Ability to work in research-heavy, project-based environments with tight deadlines.
• English communication skills at a fluent level.
