Junior project coordinator

We are looking for a junior project coordinator to help with Tech Arch Stream handling deliveries, meetings, follow ups and so on. This resource will be part of H&M major SAP S4 HANA program called CBT.

Responsibilities

Design WoW of the stream, processes.

Create / update Jira items

Responsible for following deliveries on Jira across streams and organization so everything is on time

Plan meetings, MoM, follow up, action

Navigate among challenging and fast pace environment

Scope will probably grow based on resource eagerness to learn more or take more with more responsabilities around deliveries.

Competences

Jira and confluence is a plus but not mandatory

good at powerpoint and running/driving meetings

organized, eager to learn and driven.

No SAP competences needed.
