Office & Facilities Coordinator (12-Month Fixed-Term)
Bring your life
Want to help create a workplace where people can do their best work every day?
We are now looking for a service-minded and organized colleague to join our team in Malmö for a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering a parental leave.
You will play an important part in creating a workplace where people feel welcome, operations run smoothly and the everyday needs of the organization are taken care of. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys combining service, coordination and practical problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
What you’ll do at Thule
As an Office & Facilities Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our Malmö office. Working closely with our receptionist, you will help create a professional and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, customers and suppliers.
You will primarily focus on maintaining and developing our office storage areas, while coordinating deliveries, company vehicles and facility-related services. Through this work, you will complement our receptionist and help create a smooth and welcoming workplace experience.
Acting as a central point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external partners, you will help ensure that our office environment functions smoothly while continuously looking for ways to improve structure, service and efficiency.
This is a broad and hands-on role where no two days are the same, combining coordination, administration and practical problem-solving across many areas of the business.
What you bring
To be successful in this role, we believe you have experience within office services, facilities management, property services or a similar area.
You are service-minded, organized and proactive, with a natural ability to create structure and solve problems. You enjoy supporting others and thrive in a role where you can take ownership, manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing priorities.
You build positive relationships with colleagues, suppliers and visitors alike, combining a professional approach with a willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed. You are comfortable using digital tools and Microsoft Office applications and communicate confidently in both Swedish and English.
Why you should join Thule
At Thule, we are Proud to Be Thule. We believe anything is possible when we stay curious, take initiative and challenge ourselves. We encourage everyone to take ownership and make the most of their part of the business.
We believe we win as a team by collaborating across functions, sharing knowledge and supporting one another. United by our passion for our products, the outdoors and the Thule brand, we take pride in what we do and create a culture where everyone contributes, grows and has fun.
