About the role

The European Retail & Shopper Marketing team is looking for a Retail Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will define, develop, and coordinate the activation of Retail Marketing initiatives for MDA appliances across traditional store formats and e-tail assets for third-party retailers across Europe.

You will provide toolkits and guidelines for digital and traditional POS materials, in-store display fixtures and artwork for go-to-market activities, with a clear best-in-class focus on strengthening the position of the Electrolux and AEG brands with both consumers and retailers.

Your goal will be to optimize the shopper experience at third-party retailers to maximize sales conversion for the prioritized CARE category (laundry appliances, including washing machines), as well as support trade presentation production in collaboration with agencies.

You will be one of four professionals in the team, each with different responsibilities within retail marketing. This role is a 1-year parental leave cover, with a planned start in September 2026.

In detail you will:

  • Project manage retail marketing campaign creation and activation, from concept development to master artworks, together with agency partners, and hand over to local markets for activation.
  • Secure the delivery of tools and assets according to go-live timelines.
  • Work closely with Category Marketing Managers to support key product launches.
  • Coordinate agency partners’ work, including briefing, project management and follow-up on performance.
  • Leverage consumer data and testing tools to optimize the execution of retail marketing assets.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of retail marketing activities and strive for continuous improvement through a data-driven approach.
  • Establish cross-functional collaboration with Consumer Insights, Content, Trade Operations and the wider Marketing team to create a seamless consumer experience across online and offline touchpoints.
  • Support and enable clear communication and information flow between marketing and sales teams.
  • Ensure, together with Trade Operations, that tools and assets are effectively leveraged by markets at European level.

Who you are:

  • Consumer-driven. You are passionate about consumer marketing and understanding evolving consumer behaviours. You keep the consumer top of mind and bring an outside-in perspective.
  • Change agent. You act as a change leader, leveraging your experience and insights to educate, inspire and motivate colleagues to drive transformation and deliver stronger consumer experiences and business performance.
  • Data- and performance-driven. You naturally leverage data to drive optimization and are focused on results and performance.
  • Creative problem solver. You are analytically strong and able to identify and develop solutions to overcome obstacles.
  • Energetic. Your enthusiasm is contagious and helps engage and inspire colleagues and partners to deliver, take ownership and be accountable, with a strong focus on both short- and long-term results.
  • Integrity and respect. You maintain high standards of honesty and trustworthiness and consider ethical implications in decision-making.
  • Open. You encourage cross-collaboration, value diversity and open feedback, and are a strong team player able to influence and work effectively in a cross-functional, matrix organization.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in retail, shopper or trade marketing, or other relevant fields, preferably within consumer goods
  • Experience working in international and multicultural environments
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are considered a plus

Where you will be:

This is a full-time fixed-term position (parental leave cover for 1 year), based in our Global Headquarters in Stockholm (Sweden). We are proud of our culture of inclusivity and diversity. At our Global Headquarters we have 60+ nationalities working together for our common goals. You will be part of this dynamic international team where English is the natural language.

Benefits highlights:

  • Flexible work hours/hybrid work environment
  • Discounts on our award-winning Electrolux products and services
  • Family-friendly benefits
  • Insurance policy plan
  • Extensive learning opportunities and flexible career path

As part of Electrolux, we will continuously invest in you and your development. There are no barriers to where your career could take you.
