Job Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Support Services Specialist to take on a key role that bridges administration, finance, and customer interaction. This position is integral to ensuring a smooth and efficient order management process, from initial entry through to invoicing and follow-up.
The role requires maintaining high standards of accuracy, supporting financial oversight, and delivering a seamless experience for both customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the complete order lifecycle, from entry to final closure
- Monitor deliveries, costs, and invoicing to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Contribute to financial control by supporting service-related and product delivery processes, including spare parts
- Ensure all activities align with contractual agreements, internal procedures, and documentation standards
- Engage regularly with customers and internal teams to provide updates and resolve queries
Required Experience
- Senior-level experience in administrative roles, ideally within order management or similar functions
- Familiarity with business operations and basic financial processes
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
Required Skills
- Strong experience in order management and administrative coordination
- Good understanding of financial workflows and business processes
- High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail
- Structured and solution-oriented approach to work
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Languages
- Swedish (Proficient)
