Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Support Services Specialist to take on a key role that bridges administration, finance, and customer interaction. This position is integral to ensuring a smooth and efficient order management process, from initial entry through to invoicing and follow-up.

The role requires maintaining high standards of accuracy, supporting financial oversight, and delivering a seamless experience for both customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the complete order lifecycle, from entry to final closure
  • Monitor deliveries, costs, and invoicing to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Contribute to financial control by supporting service-related and product delivery processes, including spare parts
  • Ensure all activities align with contractual agreements, internal procedures, and documentation standards
  • Engage regularly with customers and internal teams to provide updates and resolve queries

Required Experience

  • Senior-level experience in administrative roles, ideally within order management or similar functions
  • Familiarity with business operations and basic financial processes

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred)

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in order management and administrative coordination
  • Good understanding of financial workflows and business processes
  • High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail
  • Structured and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Languages

  • Swedish (Proficient)
  • English (Proficient)
