Are you a fluent Swedish speaker with a talent for sales? Ready to take your career to Greece? ☀️

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll work for a leading global tech company, helping businesses find the right IT solutions. You’ll manage your own portfolio of clients, build strong relationships, and ensure they get the most out of their technology investments.

In this role, you’ll combine sales, strategy, and relationship management. You’ll be in touch with clients daily, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions while driving revenue through upselling and renewals.

With a structured Monday to Friday schedule, this role is perfect if you enjoy a B2B sales environment with clear targets and long-term client relationships.

What will you do?

  • Engage with customers via phone and email, understanding their business needs
  • Offer tailored IT solutions and advise clients on products and services
  • Handle contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns to identify new opportunities
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals in collaboration with internal teams
  • Keep CRM systems updated with customer interactions and opportunities
  • Manage your own client portfolio and build long-term relationships

What do you get?

  • Base salary of €1,700 gross per month (paid 14 times per year)
  • Performance bonus of up to €250 per month
  • Daily cash bonus via Mastercard (€3 per working day in year one, €6 after 12 months)

What do you need?

  • Native or fluent Swedish (C2 level)
  • Fluent English (C1 level)
  • Minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • A structured, results-driven and self-motivated mindset
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • EU citizenship or right to work in Greece
  • Minimum age of 18
