About the Role

You will take ownership of smaller, low-complexity projects in a project execution environment where planning, coordination and follow-through matter. The role combines hands-on project leadership with close collaboration across project controls, stakeholders and delivery teams to keep scope, schedule, cost, quality and HSE on track.

You will work across the full project lifecycle, from early planning to completed delivery, and help create structure in day-to-day execution. This is an interesting opportunity if you want to grow in project management while gaining real ownership and broad exposure to execution, risk and stakeholder work.

Job Description

• You will lead smaller projects from planning through execution and completion.
• You will develop project plans together with Project Controls.
• You will manage scope, schedules and financial plans to support successful delivery.
• You will identify risks early and drive risk management throughout the project.
• You will coordinate resources and project activities to keep progress moving.
• You will work closely with stakeholders and create clear, effective communication.
• You will handle changes and follow established change-control processes.
• You will monitor progress, costs and profitability and act on deviations.
• You will ensure delivery aligns with quality and HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Relevant education or experience within project management or engineering.
• Experience with project planning and execution.
• Understanding of scheduling and resource planning.
• Knowledge of risk management and change management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A structured way of working and the confidence to take ownership of assigned projects.
• Working command of the English language.
