Junior Project Manager – Engineering Projects

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager for an assignment within a large international organization. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering smaller, lower-complexity projects from planning through completion.

You will work closely with project controls, technical teams and other key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate smaller projects from initiation through completion.

• Develop and maintain project plans in collaboration with Project Controls.

• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets and financial follow-up.

• Identify, assess and manage project risks.

• Coordinate resources and activities across the project.

• Engage with stakeholders and maintain clear and effective communication.

• Manage project changes in accordance with established change-control processes.

• Monitor progress, costs and overall project performance.

• Ensure project activities comply with applicable quality and HSE requirements.

Your Background

• Relevant education and/or professional experience within project management, engineering or a related field.

• Experience supporting or managing project planning and execution.

• Good understanding of scheduling and resource planning.

• Familiarity with risk management and change-control processes.

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• A structured and proactive approach, with the ability to take ownership of assigned projects.

• Good working proficiency in English.
